Returning a book

If you've recently bought items from the bookshop that you want to return, you can still do so, as long as you:

  • cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s)
  • return the item(s) at your own cost within 14 days of cancellation
We'll give you a full refund of the purchase price no later than 14 days after the product is returned and received by us.

  • If your product is damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as possible for a full refund or a replacement. We'll pay the postage if required.
  • If you cancel your purchase and don't return the items, we may arrange for them to be collected from you and charge for the cost of collection (unless they are faulty)
